duction process description
(1).material preparation section
Packaged sugar cane bagasse blocks will be stored for 25 days or more in the field of raw material after being transported from sugar factory. Then it will be sent to material preparation section where sugar cane bagasse is transported by conveyor belt to package opener and smashed and scattered. Smashed and scattered bagasse will be sent to hopper by air delivery system temporarily.
(2)drying section
Transported from hopper with closed conveyor to three-channel dryer, sugar cane bagasse will dried to meet the technological requirements of the dry bagasse and then be conveyed to sorting machine.
Wnen a fire occurs, the spray devices equipped in the drying machine will run automatically and put out the fire. Conveyor reverse automatically and carrys sparked material out.
(3)bagasse sorting section
Bagasse will be sorted by the sorting machine in this section. Surface material will be sent to surface material hopper for storage by air delivery system and core material to core material hopper. Unqualified bagasse will be sent to ring grinding machine for grinding then sent to surface material hopper by surface material air delivery system.
(4)sizing section
Bagasse stored in core material hopper will be delivered to measurement hopper by discharge spiral. Then measurement belt in the measurement hopper will sent core surface material to glue mixing machine according to process requirement. After this process, the material will be sent to mechanical forming machine by belt conveyor.
Load cell equipped in measuring hopper can measure core surface material ratio and glue consumption and feedback the signal to glue supply system.. Core surface glue-mixing machine applying glue-spraying system, mixes glue evenly, overcome the phenomenon of gel spots, reduce glue consumption and production cost. Automatic-controlled gel system also measure the volume and weight of glue.
(5)forming section
Paving machine spreads the glued bagasse evenly on the slab transport and then through magnetic separator, pre-press, slab sawing cross section, the transition belt conveyor, speed belt conveyor and finally to the loading machine.
(6)hot section
This process uses plate-free car fitted sheet machine. Fitted sheet machines filled with slab will be sent into hot press. Then unload the plates of previous cycle into unloading machine and unload slab smoothly into hot press and pallet car go back in situ.
(7)post-processing section
Unloaded from the unloading conveyor plate prime board, after roller table conveyor, into the cooling flap cooling treatment required to reach the process temperature, after cooling through the cooling flap from the right in the prime board sent to the vertical conveyor roller table sawing machine, sawing machine by the side of the longitudinal post-sawing by turning to horizontal roller table saws cutting edge machine into a specification sheet to snorkel after stacking neatly removed from the truck into the surface treatment process, after the panel sent by sanding into finished products in the reserves.
